I decided to swing by the PA Grand Canyon on the way out.
I’d been there before during summer months and it was a tourist trap nightmare. This time I was the only one there. It was awesome.
Took a short walk down a trail which brings you to another view point.
Back to the car!
The tree covered mountains were broken up for a bit by some farms.
And the mountains are back.

Awesome. I’m in the Canyon every June, but I’ve never seen it in the fall.
Where are those mossy bolts?

Nice! I hiked to the bottom last time I was there . I consider myself relatively fit and thought I was going to die on the way back up.

PA Grand Canyon
Even though I have kin there — and may well have been across it on the way to Indiana — I am just now finding out there is even such a place.
o.O
I think this is my favorite set of all the sets (the tree geometry is just insane) and you already know how I feel about all the other sets.
So.
All the composition is just stunning here, but I’m afraid to know what precipice you were hanging off to get those amazing wide-angled panorama shots.
